The staff here are extremely professional. They exhibit great teamwork and are very knowledgeable and helpful. We had a penthouse room, which was excellent as we were able to sit outside and get some sun whilst drinking coffee or wine. The executive lounge is well stocked and a great place for breakfast (extensive), to get drinks and the pre-dinner buffet offering was a great way to regroup before going out. The location was great, just a short walk from the main shopping streets and museums and plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The restaurant in the hotel was also lovely - we ate there on our first night and again, the staff were professional and attentive.

I stayed 5 nights. Very nice staff (Whang at the reception helped me to carry with a trolley all my luggages from garage when the porter was not there. The lady from turkey at the bar was very sympatic and professional). Staff was great. The only unsympathic was the manager on the night shift from 1st to 2nd September (arrogant and unhelpful). For the rest the room service, as well as the facilities were very nice (great fitness). The breakfast was varied and was of good quality. I will definitely come back.

This place is perfect for your stay in Vienna. Just steps away from a metro/tram station and all the major sights are within a 15-30 minute walk away. We booked a King corner room and it was comfortable and spacious. The location is quiet and restful. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was lovely. All together we were very happy with our stay. The shower pressure was fantastic!
